Today is the Feast of St.Therese. One of our favorite saints, and one of Veronica's namesakes (her middle name). We've been praying her novena since last Thursday and this morning we had a little feast.
Here she is! Our Veronica Therse (and Emma, who is never far from Nica)
Caramel French Toast (St.Therese was a Carmellite nun, and French!) Brett had to eat early so he could get to work. 
It was a recipe I've never made, and I have to admit it was delicious. Too sweet for Emma, my non-sweets girl.
We have a regular Friday planned. We'll hopefully get to the library, do science presentations, and finish the rest of our "desk work" for the week.
